A lakeside setting on the shores of Annecy, a chef trained in some of France's finest kitchens. Put the two together and you're guaranteed something special, both on the plate and for the eyes.
We had the chance to reinvent Le Poisson Rouge, a restaurant built around two very distinct seasons. The challenge was to bring both worlds together within a single identity. Two narratives, one story.
Whether it's a summer lunch by the water or a winter evening by the fire in the fisherman's cabin, the experience changes with the season while the spirit remains the same.
